MSMC Smartphone Policy

Any audio or video smartphone recording or other is prohibited in the waiting room and other public areas of the Main Street Medical Clinic. This is being implemented to protect the privacy of those in the waiting room / clinic and our staff.
While in a private area, specifically the assessment / examination room, patients are encouraged to discuss with their health care provider if they wish to use their smartphone to record during the visit so that a discussion can occur about the importance of ensuring the privacy of others will not be affected.
This policy is a proactive approach to ensuring the privacy of others and our staff is protected.
